OCEAN PINES TRUDGERS 

   We are an informal social support group of adults with physical disabilities and their caregivers. We are the "Trudgers", because no matter what comes our way, we stay strong and "trudge on." Within this group, we can reflect together on what we are going through, both the fun and the frustration. 

As the Administrator, I will attempt to provide information on such things as resources and places to contact for assistance. If you have a question or problem, I will do my best to research it and gather information that could be helpful to you. 

Hopefully, we will create opportunities to get together to talk, do activities, and maybe even take field trips. Our physical disabilities and caregiving roles give us some unique challenges, but that's why this group can be a place to feel connected and fit in with one another. We are open to discussions and friendships. Sometimes, to feel heard and understood, you just want a friend who can "trudge along" with you. Let's find joy and strength in sharing our journeys.
